Hamlet's Soliloquy
Number of pages: 5 | Number of words: 1369.... father’s death with Claudius. He feels that he hasn’t given his best effort to revenge his uncle and therefore calls his revenge “dull” which is a powerful way to describe his feelings. We get another look into the mind of Hamlet when he is talking about his thoughts that have “one part wisdom and ever three parts coward”. The word choice here shows another contradiction between the words “wisdom” and “coward”. A coward is able to have wisdom but if the cowardly aspect takes control than the wisdom is smothered. This is the case with Hamlet. He thinks that he has let his .....

Number of pages: 3 | Number of words: 700.... morals and common sense. Pride and
ambition were a main contributor to his faltering public image of a brave hero.
Macbeth's own nature and "metaphysical" influences is a lethal cocktail
which propels him to his fate. The witches' ambiguous prophesies affected
Macbeth by making him curious to why they greated him as Thane of Cawdor and
why he would soon become king. Ambition seemed to be Macbeth's forte but after
the murder of King Duncan, which led to the murder of others, including
Macduff's family, it became his frailty.
In general, the witches and Lady Macbet .....

and teach me how to name the bigger light, how the less, That burn by day and
night; and then I lov'd thee, And show'd thee all the qualities o' th' isle,...
For I am all the subjects you have, which first was mine own king."(I,ii,334-
354). We see he is treated as a lesser being because he is not of the same race
as Prospero and Miranda. Prospero describes him as "A freckled whelp hag-born -
not honour'd with a human shape."(I,ii,282-283) Clearly, the people of different
races were treated .....

Number of pages: 3 | Number of words: 630.... to people for years. But now people complain that we, as a people, are
watching too much T.V. They would have you believe that we could be doing
better things with our lives. They would have you believe that we can make more
out of ourselves. But what do they know? Have they ever done any research to
prove their theories? No, they haven't. But the people behind such propaganda

Othello: Discuss The Techniques Iago Used To Manipulate Others
Number of pages: 4 | Number of words: 948.... was in my own personal opinion
one more technique, and that was that he knew how to use all his options and
could use his wits and cunningness.
Iago's number one technique was his ability to make people trust him. He
had just about everyone spun in Iago's web. Rodrigo, Othello, Cassio, Desdemona,
Emilia, and etc. And he got every one of them to trust him, although he still
hadn't got Emilia into his web fully. She still had suspicions about him. He
could gain the trust of people as if it was nothing to him. He always when
talking to that certain person said that he was .....

Movie: The Paper Chase
Number of pages: 1 | Number of words: 267.... that going to college
demands a lot more than the "easy street" they've been riding in high school.
The movie teaches that you need to be able to put up with the arrogance
of the rich and uppity people that attend an Ivy League school. They are very
expensive and most students come from wealthy families.
"The Paper Chase" teaches the viewer that law school is very stressful;
it is a way of life not just going to school; and you must have what it takes
just to survive law school.
The things I liked most about Mr. Kingsfield was well organized, and
that he was a difficult t .....

Othello was chosen when they went to fight the Turkish fleet. Because of his reputation, it wasn’t hard for other people to accept the relationship between him and Desdemona. As Iago started put .....
