Number of pages: 6 | Number of words: 1610.... walking on their way to apply for a harvesting job on a nearby farm. The

been together ever since Lennie's Aunt had passed away, and Lennie began to
follow George around everywhere.
Instead of hurrying to the farm that night, they stop by a stream to
camp in the open, and they'll arrive at work the next morning. Why? Well,
Lennie isn't very bright. George didn't want him to blow the job opportunity.
The logic bet .....

Unlike Victor, the monster shows great compassion despite his appalling appearance. For instance, he demonstrates his love for others during his time spent observing Felix and Agatha while in the village. He wishes “to return to the cottagers, whose story excited in [him] such various feelings of indignation, delight, and wonder, but which all terminated in additional love and reverence for [his] protectors…” (106) Even though the monster had never actually met the De Lacey family, his ability to feel compassion is proven through .....

Around The World In Eighty Days: Summary
Number of pages: 3 | Number of words: 573.... for a trip around the world. Throughout the entire novel
the reader is informed of all the peculiar habits of Fogg that Passepartout
had to support.
My least favorite character is Fix the detective. He followed Fogg
around the globe, he missed arresting him in India and Hong Kong through
incompetence, and as soon as they arrived back in London, he did arrest
Fogg but erroneously.
The main conflict of the novel was time. Time caused a lot of
pressure on Fogg; he had to get back to London on time or he would lose the
money he wagered. Mr.Fogg and Passepartout were confronted .....

versions of human intelligence. He is still left with one problem, that of

intelligence, these creatures should incline solely to good.
"So farwel Hope, and with Hope farwel Fear,
Farwel Remorse: all Good to me is lost;
Evil be thou my Good;"

In this intensely dramatic statement, Satan renounces everything that's
good. His is not a lack of intelligence, or weakness of character, very
simply an acceptance of evil. It almost justifies C. S. Lewi .....
