Odysseus asked the boy where he was because he currently has no idea, he thought the Phaecians did not bring him to his desired destination. The boy tells him Ithaca. In response to this, Odysseus created an extensive lie about who he is in front of Athena. Athena then scolded him for this. Perry wasn't as bad as Dick but yet he still struck me as having a bad character for what he did to the family. It took me awhile to get a good impression of Perry.
