this because it raised my curiosity. For me personally, I do better in school
if I am calm and have little pressure, but there might be students out there at
Ramapo High School that think differently. These are some of the things that I
will try to find out through this I-Search.

Censorship Of Music In The Media
Number of pages: 8 | Number of words: 2043.... as a violation of the First Amendment. Surely the State has no right to cleanse public debate to the point where it is grammatically palatable to the most sensitive among us. Thus, the general rule remains that so long as the means are peaceful, the communication need not meet standards of acceptability.
Some advocates of government action to restrict access to music have called certain music obscene and suggested that this might permit federal regulation. Such suggestions cannot be reconciled with First Amendment jurisprudence. Obscenity, which the Court has said is largel .....

Some of these murders with the shootings and bashings have been said to create a numbness that in return requires even crueler and gorier murders just to induce a flutter a shock. Murder pays- for the sponsors. Rap anthems that glorify gang violence and the brutal abuse of women sell.
