and difficult due to the fact that corporate sponsors had limited resources and
could not finance to the extent that had been previously predicted. As time
progressed, the situation worsened simply because the district school board

What Family Is To Me
Number of pages: 2 | Number of words: 441.... a family member one is also breaking respect of the family. The two ideas
go hand in hand. My parents respected me enough to tell me that I was adopted,
instead of lying to me and having me find out later in life that I wasn't their
biological son. This respect that my parents gave me, in turn gave me their
trust. And I gave them the respect and trust that was given to me.
Without sacrifice, a family cannot be. The sacrifices that family
members make for each other show the willingness to be an unselfish part of a
family. Sacrifices also display the love, respe .....

It was a three lane highway and I was driving on the left lane, my exit was few minutes away and I knew that if I didn’t switch lanes rapidly I would have to drive two to three more miles on a very slow moving traffic. I decide to begin switching lanes, I successfully transferred from the left lane to the middle lane even though there was hardly any space between cars. noticed Little Ceasars advertising grease puddled on top pepperoni pizza
and a frothy mug; emersed with crisp cold beer…this teased my temptation.
With only a few dollars left, and my arms filled with delectable treats, I
finally reached gate 201.
I pushed the heavy blue drapery to my side. Standing in awe, my
eyes scanned the gigantic arena. Everyone, including myself could feel the
anxiety dripping from the air. Music blared, colored television screens lit
up "Let's go Wings" and fans swung their red and white shimmery po .....

and the citizens of New York City are too busy with their own affairs and does
have time to care of what's going on in their surroundings. The citizens of New
York City would care less about the traffic safety and reading the traffic signs.
The smell of the city reminds me of the honey roasted peanut stands, a sweet
scent of aroma that would often fill up the neighborhood. When I close my eyes
and think deeply about NYC, there has been a chime in my head of the messengers
blowing their whistles to fight in the traffic while slicing l .....

get a job”, at which point I became the world's greatest advocate of off-season
learning. Besides, I was only fifteen and the workplace just wasn't ready for
me. So I thumbed through the course book, singing a chorus of no's until I
arrived on the Debate and Public Speaking page. There resided a large
photograph of a boy confidently standing behind an ornate podium, clearly frozen
in the middle of some captivating and influential argument. I read the passage
describing the course and was immediately sold. How could a stuffy math class
or a trivial course in art compa .....
