Rap Music

about drug dealing, getting beat up by police officers,gangland slaying.

Censorship...Who Gives A F**k!!!

accompanied by a parent and so on. I then proposed this question, my parents
said I could see it, now why can't I see it? The answer to that question is the
government doesn't think I am old enough. My mom said live with it, there is
nothing you can do. I think that made me more inquisitive.

History Of Rock And Roll

At age 21, in 1956, Elvis Presley was introduced to the public with his
rockabilly style of music. His first record, "Heartbreak Hotel" was recorded.
It was the first of a consecutive 14 records to sell over one million copies.
He inspired other country singers to sing rock and roll. This started a
trend for "cover" recordings. This was when white singers simplified versions
of Black recorded songs. White singers were played on more radio stations and
became very popular.

Positive Rap

It is widely accepted in word in the rap culture. It is even used by such female rap artists as Lil’ Kim, the self proclaimed “Queen Bitch” and DaBrat who refers to herself as the "baddest new bitch in hip hop" during her song entitled "Give It 2 You."
